- You have never signed-up to Remindeo & think you may have been sent spam by email
- You have signed-up to Remindeo & want to stop a reminder you set-up
- You have signed-up to Remindeo & want to stop a text reminder you received by mistake
- You have signed-up to Remindeo & want to stop an email reminder sent to you by someone else
1) You have never signed-up to Remindeo & got a text message reminder
All text message reminders sent by us show as coming from "Remindeo". If it doesn't say Remindeo, it didn't come from us.
If you have received a text reminder in error from Remindeo though, please contact us with your full mobile number and we will stop text messages being sent to you - usually within one working day.
We have a system asking people to confirm/check their number, so it means that they entered your number by mistake. Sorry! We will let them know.
2) You have never signed-up to Remindeo & got an email reminder from someone you know
Remindeo is a reminder service. We don't send reminders ourselves, reminders are sent to you from people you know and come directly from the email address of the person who reminded you.
If you want to stop reminders, you can email the person by replying to the reminder and ask them to stop.
If you don't want to contact them, don't worry, all email reminders have an stop link.
All you have to do is click on this link and follow the instructions on screen.
3) You have never signed-up to Remindeo & think you may have been sent spam by email
If you believe you have been spammed via email reminder, first please check that you do not know the person who has sent it to you.
If you know the person... they are just a friend trying to be helpful, but you can of course stop "all" email reminders by using the link in the email (see number 2 above) or get in touch with the sender yourself.
If you don't know the person... if you are 100% sure you have been purposely spammed (sent junk email) by some evil or unknown person, then please forward the email reminder you received to 
and we will look into it. Spammers get banned for life on Remindeo as we dislike them as much as you! You can optionally stop all reminders still, before we look into it (see number 2 above).
4) You have signed up to Remindeo & want to stop a reminder you set-up
Please log in to leave, stop or edit your email and text message reminders.
A link is included at the bottom of each email reminder. If you click on this link, you will be taken to a page from where you can easily view, stop, edit, copy or delete a reminder. You may need to log in when doing this.
5) You have signed-up to Remindeo & want to stop a text reminder you received by mistake
