Refunds Policy

In addition to our free service, we offer various optional upgrades.

The refund policy for these are as follows:

Pro

If you contact us within 7 days from "when we confirm your Pro account payment", we will refund your fee in full and automatically turn off this feature.

You must contact customer service for refund authorisation.

"When we confirm your Pro account payment" means the sending of an email by Remindeo that your payment has been processed. This is effective regardless of whether or not you receive, look at or open the email provided it was addressed to the email address supplied by you at the time of the order.

Some Pro accounts will be given 30 free text message reminder credits when they upgrade / pay. If any text message reminder credits have been used in the time between when you made your purchase, and when we process your refund, up to 30p (or the equivalent $ / € amount based on the exchange rate on the day the refund) for each text message reminder sent will be deducted from your refund amount first. Text reminder credits

If you contact us within 7 days from "when we confirm your text message reminder credit payment", we will refund your payment and automatically turn off this feature.

You must contact customer service for refund authorisation.

If any text message reminder credits have been used in the time between when you made your purchase, and when we process your refund, up to 30p (or the equivalent $ / € amount based on the exchange rate on the day the refund) for each text message reminder sent will be deducted from your refund amount first.

Our system does not deduct text reminder credits from your account if it failed to send a text reminder. But, if we successfully send a text reminder, text message credits will not be refunded due to a fault with your mobile service provider, you not having a signal, your mobile phone being switched off, you not checking our text reminder network coverage and your network was not covered, you being abroad and not having the mobile connection required or being in a country or timezone that is not supported, or if you provide us with the wrong mobile phone number - as per our terms.
